CHI – Accounts2

The CHAI must prepare the annual accounts of the CHI in respect of the year beginning on 1st April 2003 and ending on 31st March 2004 in such form as the Secretary of State may determine.

The CHAI must send copies of those annual accounts to the Secretary of State and the Comptroller and Auditor General within such period as the Secretary of State may determine.

The Comptroller and Auditor General must examine, certify and report on those annual accounts and must lay copies of those accounts and of his report before Parliament.
