for the purpose of enabling the issue of certificates under regulation 1815th July 2006

for all other purposes in accordance with regulation 1(2)

The Secretary of State is a Minister designated in relation to measures relating to maritime transport1 for the purpose of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:
