Paragraph 122(5) of Schedule 5 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 15th June 2006, except in so far as it makes the office of General Commissioner for a division in Northern Ireland a listed judicial office for the purposes of sections 5 and 9B of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 20022;
