Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Education and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Education Reform Act 19881.
In accordance with section 128(2) of that Act he has obtained the consent of the higher education corporation known as the University of the Arts, London 2 to the transfer of the property, rights and liabilities of the higher education corporation known as Wimbledon School of Art3.
In accordance with section 128(4) of that Act he has consulted the higher education corporation known as Wimbledon School of Art and the Higher Education Funding Council for England4.
