The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2A(1) of the Civil Procedure Act 19971, after consulting in accordance with section 2A(2A) of that Act, and with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice in accordance with section 2A(2) of that Act.
