This Order brings into force on 25th July 2006 those provisions of the Terrorism Act 2006 which are not already in force (see S.I. 2006/1013).

The following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2006 shall come into force on 25th July 2006.

Those provisions are—
a
sections 23 to 25;
b
section 37(5) to the extent that it has not already been brought into force; and
c
the entries in Schedule 3 relating to paragraph 36(1) of Schedule 8 to the Terrorism Act 20002 and section 306(2) and (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 20033.
