Objections to use and speed orders12

Any person may object to the making of a use order or a speed order by the date specified in the relevant notice of proposals or, if later, the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the date on which the authority has complied with all the requirements of regulation 11.

An objection under paragraph (1) shall—

a

be made in writing;

b

state the grounds on which it is made; and

c

be sent to the address specified in the notice of proposals.
