48. Any sum of capital administered on behalf of a person in accordance with an order made under section 13 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 M1, or under Rule 36.14 of the Ordinary Cause Rules 1993 M2 or under Rule 128 of those Rules, where such sum derives from—
(a)award of damages for a personal injury to that person; or
(b)compensation for the death of one or both parents where the person concerned is under the age of 18.
