The Secretary of State for Health, makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 58(3) and (4) of the Human Tissue Act 20041. In accordance with sections 58(5) and (6) of that Act she has consulted the National Assembly for Wales and the relevant Northern Ireland Department2 before exercising these powers.
