Amendment of Orders relating to the status of trainees7

In the Schedule to each of the Orders specified in sub-paragraph (2) below—
a
for the reference to the “Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987”, substitute— “
The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006;
”

b
after that reference, insert— “
The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006;
”

c
for the reference to the “Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992”, substitute— “
The Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006;
”
; and
d
after that reference, insert— “
The Council Tax Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006
”

b

e
the Project Work (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1996 M5.
