This Order brings the following provision of the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act 2004 into force on 1st February 2006:sections 2 (buildings of special historical or architectural interest), 8 (certification of work) and 9 (appointed person and management of works); andfor the purposes of making regulations only, section 7 (registers of information and documents to be kept by local authorities).
