Amendment of regulation 3 of the 1986 RegulationsE+W+S

3. In the Table in regulation 3(2) of the 1986 Regulations, after the item “The Approval Marks Regulations”, the following item shall be inserted—

“The EC Whole Vehicle Type Approval Regulations

The Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1998(1)”
