3. 28th February 2007 is the appointed day for the coming into force of—
(a)section 34 of the 2006 Act, except in so far as it relates to the Assembly’s functions under section 42B of the 1977 Act; and
(b)section 35 of the 2006 Act, except in so far as it relates to the Assembly’s functions under section 42 of the 1977 Act but otherwise in so far as it is not already in force(1).
Section 83(1)(e) of the Act commenced section 35 of the Act on Royal Assent in so far as it confers a power to make regulations.
