The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1, 7(1), 7(2), 8(1), 11, 15(5), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1), 35(3), 38(1), 65(A)(3) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 19811, makes the following Order:
