Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Consultation by Employers and Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2006.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into force on 6th April 2006.

Regulation 22 shall come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

Regulation 22 extends to Northern Ireland.
