2. In regulation 8 of the Schools Forums (England) Regulations 2002(1), for the words from “either” to the end of the regulation there shall be substituted—
““the estimated value of the proposed contract is not less than the threshold which applies to the relevant authority for that proposed contract pursuant to regulation 8 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.”.
3. In regulation 2 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements)(England) Regulations 2003(2) (interpretation), for the definition of “public notice” there shall be substituted—
““public notice” means notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006;”.
4. In regulation 9(1) of the Schools Forums (Wales) Regulations 2003(3), for the words from “either” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted—
““the estimated value of the proposed contract is not less than the threshold which applies to the relevant authority for that proposed contract pursuant to regulation 8 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.”.
5. In regulation 2 of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2004(4) (interpretation), for the definition of “public notice” there shall be substituted—
““public notice” (“hysbysiad cyhoeddus”) means notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.”.
