In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 31,181 and 183 of and paragraphs 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of Schedule 2 to the Education and Inspections Act 20061, the Secretary of State for Education and Skills makes the following Regulations:
