Where proposals appear to be related to other proposals the local education authority or adjudicator, as the case may be, must consider the related proposals together.

Where the authority are required under paragraph 31(5) or 33 to refer any proposals to the adjudicator, the authority must also within 1 week refer to the adjudicator any other proposals which appear to them to be related.
