Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(4)(f) and (h), (5), (6), (7)(f), (8)(e), (10) and (11) and 66(1) of the Children Act 2004(1), makes the following Regulations, a draft of which was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 66(3) of that Act:
2004 c. 31. Section 12 was amended by paragraph 43 of Schedule 2 to the Childcare Act 2006 (c. 21) and paragraph 265 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Consequential Provisions) Act 2006 (c. 43).
