81. In section 69G(1) of that Act (conversion of charitable company into charitable incorporated organisation), at the end of subsection (6) insert—
“(6A) In the case of a company, Chapter 3 of Part 3 of the Companies Act 2006 (resolutions and agreements affecting a company’s constitution) does not apply to such a resolution.”.
Section 69G is inserted by Part 1 of Schedule 8 to the Charities Act 2006 (c.50), which is not yet in force.
