These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 27^th August 2007.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 20052.
