Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as The Drivers’ Hours (Goods Vehicles) (Milk Collection) (Temporary Exemption) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 11 August 2007.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the Act” means Transport Act 1968.
