In section 69 of the Data Protection Act 1998(1) (meaning of “health professional”), in subsection (1)(d), for “a registered pharmaceutical chemist as defined by section 24(1) of the Pharmacy Act 1954” substitute “a registered pharmacist or registered pharmacy technician within the meaning of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007”.
