Transitional Provisions and Savings

12.  The amendments made by paragraph 192(4) of Schedule 8 to the 2006 Act (amendment to Schedule 1, paragraph 18(4) of the Housing Act 1996(1)) shall apply in relation to any financial year of a charity which begins on or after 27th February 2007.
