6. In this Part—
“officer”, except in regulations 10(3) and 16, means—
(a)
an officer of the Authority, including a member of the Authority’s staff or an agent of the Authority; or
(b)
an officer of Revenue and Customs;
“recorded information” includes information recorded in any form and any document of any nature.
