Citation, commencement, application and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Waste and Air Pollution (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st February 2008.

(2) Regulations 2 and 3 apply in England.

(3) Regulation 4 extends to the United Kingdom.
