Coming into force

The National Assembly for Wales in relation to water undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in Wales, and the Secretary of State in relation to all other water undertakers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 37B(3)(a) and (c),(5), (6) and (8)(a), 213(2)(e) and (f) and 219 of the Water Industry Act 19911, and after consultation with each other2, make the following Regulations:
