3.—(1) Amend the Pension Protection Fund (Compensation) Regulations 2005(1) as follows.
(2) In regulation 19(3)(2) (commutation of periodic compensation) for “paragraph 20(2)(b)” substitute “regulation 20(2)(b)”.
