The Licensing Act 2003 (Welsh Language Forms) Order 2007

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Welsh Language Forms) Order 2007 and comes into force on 6th April 2007.

Prescribed Forms

2.  The forms set out in Schedules 1 to 13 to this Order are prescribed as the Welsh and bilingual versions of the forms set out in Schedules 1 to 13 respectively of the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005(1).

3.  The forms set out in Schedules 14 to 16 to this Order are prescribed as the Welsh versions of the forms set out in Schedules 1 to 3 respectively of the Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) Regulations 2005(2)

4.  The forms set out in Schedules 17 and 18 to this Order are prescribed as the Welsh versions of the forms set out in Schedules 1 and 2 respectively of the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities)(Notices) Regulations 2005(3).

Condition of use

5.  The form prescribed by this Order may be used only in dealings by or with licensing authorities in Wales.
