This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Consequential Provisions (Recovery of NHS Charges) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 13th April 2007.

This Order applies in relation to England and Wales.

In this Order “Social Security Regulations” means the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 19994.
