9.—(1) The Education (Individual Pupil Information) (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 1999(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 3(1)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “and”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “and”; and
(c)after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(c)persons having access to a database established and operated by the Secretary of State under section 12 of the Children Act 2004.”.
