97.  In regulation 2 (service of notices or documents)—

(a)in sub-paragraph (a) omit—

(i)“to the clerk to the appeal tribunal or”; and

(ii)“by the clerk to the appeal tribunal or”; and

(b)in sub-paragraph (b) omit “the clerk to the appeal tribunal or”.
