This Order may be cited as the Pre-release Access to Official Statistics Order 2008 and comes into force on 1st December 2008.

The Schedule sets out the rules and principles relating to the granting of pre-release access to official statistics that are not wholly Scottish devolved statistics, Welsh devolved statistics, or Northern Ireland devolved statistics.
