5. In Schedule 4 to the Act(1), omit the entry relating to the Mental Health Tribunal for Wales constituted under section 65 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Mental Health Act 1983.
Schedule 4 was amended to refer to this tribunal by S.I 2008/2833, Sch 3, para 26(3).
