The Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Specification) Order 200410 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, for the words “The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006” substitute “The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2008”.
