LONDON GOVERNMENT
Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 6th April 2008, the following provisions of the Greater London Authority Act 2007, in so far as they are not already in force—sections 31 to 36 (planning);section 45 and sections 47 to 49 (Museum of London);section 51 (Mayor’s duty to exercise certain powers of appointment); andsection 57 and Schedule 2 (consequential repeals in the Museum of London Act 1986).

(This note is not part of the Order)
