<Text>The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1), (2) and (4) and 7 of the Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers’ Compensation) Act 1979<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/>.</Text></P>
