PART 1New arrangements for the provision of probation services

Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951

1.—(1) The Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 2 (capacities in respect of which payments may be made under Part 5, and paying authorities), in Part 1, after paragraph 6(2) insert—

“6A Member of the staff of a probation trust or of two or more probation trustsThe probation trust or, as the case may be, the probation trusts acting jointly.”
