In section 5A(1) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 M1 (powers of local probation boards in relation to service justice) the reference to persons who have been subject to proceedings before the Court Martial, the Summary Appeal Court or the Service Civilian Court includes persons who have been subject to proceedings before a court-martial, a summary appeal court or a Standing Civilian Court.
