Prison Act 19524
In section 43(8) of the Prison Act 1952 M1 (centres for detention of young offenders), the reference to a custodial sentence passed in respect of a service offence includes—
a
an SDA custodial sentence; and
b
a custodial sentence passed in respect of an SDA offence.
