The Immigration (European Economic Area) (Amendment) Regulations 2009

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (European Economic Area) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 1^st June 2009.

Amendment of the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006

2.  The Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006(1) are amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Consequential amendments

3.  Schedule 2 (consequential amendments) shall have effect.
