226.—(1) The amendment made by this paragraph does not have effect at any time after the commencement of paragraph 23 of Schedule 4 to the Northern Ireland Act 2009(1).
(2) In paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the Child Support Act 1991(2) (Child Support Commissioners for Northern Ireland)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1) for “First Minister and deputy First Minister, acting jointly,” substitute “Lord Chancellor”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (2)(b) for “First Minister and deputy First Minister think” substitute “Lord Chancellor thinks”.
