(a)in paragraph 3(1)—

(i)for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and

(ii)for “sections 2 and” substitute “section”; and

(b)in paragraph 5(2) for “Lands Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”.
