In paragraph 23A of Schedule 3 to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3, Consequential Amendments, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 20075 (saving for provisions of a company’s articles giving the chairman a second or casting vote in the event of an equality of votes on an ordinary resolution), at the end insert—
