SCHEDULE 2Consequential amendments to secondary legislation

Money Laundering Regulations 2007

1.  In regulation 44 (appeals) of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007(1)—

(a)in paragraph (2)(c) for “Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”; and

(b)omit paragraph (5).

Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (Listed Tribunals) Order 2007

2.  In article 2 (list of tribunals) of the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (Listed Tribunals) Order 2007(2) omit the entry relating to the Consumer Credit Appeals Tribunal.
