Notification of actions22

Generators and suppliers must notify the Authority not later than 31st January 2013 of—
a
the overall number and type of qualifying actions which they have completed;
b
the number and type of qualifying actions provided at particular premises;
c
the number of qualifying actions provided in a particular area of low income.

On receipt of that notification, the Authority must determine the reduction in carbon emissions to be attributed to those actions.
