The Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 243(2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), 1088(1), (2), (3) and (5), and 1292(1) and (4) of the Companies Act 2006(1).
In accordance with sections 1088(6), 1290 and 1292(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

2006 c.46. Section 1292(4) of the Companies Act 2006 provides that any provision which may be made by regulations under that Act subject to negative resolution procedure may be made by regulations subject to affirmative resolution procedure.
