In Part 1 of Schedule 4 (information to be included in an application for inclusion in a pharmaceutical list or inclusion in a list in respect of different services or premises)—
a
in the heading to paragraph 5, for “desirable” substitute “expedient”; and
b
in paragraph 5, for “desirable”, substitute “expedient”.
