Provisions coming into force on 19^th October 2009

2.  The following provisions of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 shall come into force on 19^th October 2009—

(a)sections 10 to 12 (domestic freezing orders); and

(b)sections 20 to 25 (overseas freezing orders).
