Patent Office Trading Fund Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1796)

15.—(1) At the end of article 2(1) insert—

“From the coming into force of the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills Order 2009, the fund is to be for the operations of that part of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills known as the Patent Office so far as those operations correspond to those described in Schedule 1 to this Order.”

(2) In article 3(2) for “for Innovation, Universities and Skills” substitute “for Business, Innovation and Skills”.
